Organisation Structure

Organization Structure
What is organisation Structure?
An Organisation Structure is a breakdown of different people that are assigned to what they are suppose to do with other lower employees working for them.

Types of Organisation charts
Centralisation- everything and the ideas goes to the leader in the middle and other employees taking orders.
Decentralisation- Works as an individual dependent in the company and given in the organisation structure.
How did he control his company?
Steve Jobs controlled his team by him being in the middle of the structure so that he can control each and everyone in the team. He uses centralisation where all the power goes to him. As for the other companies, such as Facebook. Their organisation structure is based on everyone working with each other.

Why did he use that structure?
He used this structure because if he has all the power, it would be much easier for him to give orders on the ideas he wants. It is only the ideas he gives, while it is the designer's choice to design the idea given.
