What makes a leadership?
A leader must:

Democratic management style- The whole team will discuss with each other on the product and giving ideas. There will have different ideas given but some of the teammates in the team might disagree on the ideas. So the discussion will go on until they finally agree on a project.
Autocratic management style- The ideas are all given by the leader of the team. The employees will have to follow the orders and ideas from the leader, with no criticism on the work what so ever.
Laissez-Faire management style- The ideas are chosen by employees of the team while the leader will just give a time of when the project is needed. The team will be able to do what they want on the project as long as they have complete it.
What made Steve Jobs into a leader?

What made Steve Jobs into a leader?
It is because he knows how to lead a proper team and making successful products such as the Macintosh, iMac and many more. In such a way he has a way of leading his team, he is a leader who would always tell his team to try something different in his product, something that is different from other companies and that was his main objective, "different" and the "simplicity". Trying to make his products as simple as possible, so that the people would not get so stressed up over the things. He has the needs of being a leader but he has a bad habit. The habit is that he always scolds people for the people who do not understand what he wants.
Why did Steve jobs chose
Autocratic as his leadership?
Steve Jobs chose Autocratic as part of his leadership structure as he is able to see and tell his team on what to do. His team can give ideas but can only be approved by Steve Jobs himself. He didn't like using Democratic because he believes that democratic leadership do not make great products like Autocratic.
What happened to his
company?
He built his own team by removing the people that he think that there is no use for him, in the actual team. He then manage and tell his team on what to do. His team had some successful products, but there are also failures from his past. He could only succeed if everyone agrees and follows on what he says.
